There are two ways to set up a VPN on a tablet: using an app or manual configuration. We’ll show you how to do both below.
If you want to use an app, there are many different options available depending on which operating system your tablet uses. For example, if you have an iPad running iOS 10 or above, you can use the built-in Settings app to configure a VPN connection. To do this, simply go to Settings > General >VPN and select Add VPN Configuration. Alternatively, there are many third-party apps available that can be used to set up a VPN connection on your tablet; just search for “VPN” in the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Once you’ve downloaded and installed an app, simply launch it and follow the instructions for configuring a new connection.
If you prefer not to use an app, or if your tablet doesn’t have access to one of the above mentioned stores, you can set up a connection manually. The process for doing this will vary depending on which type of account you’re using (PPTP or L2TP/IPsec), but we’ve provided instructions for both below:
PPTP: To set up a PPTP connection on most tablets, simply go to Settings > Wireless & networks > More >VPN and select Add PPTP VPN. You’ll then need to enter some basic information about your chosen server before saving the new connection.
L2TP/IPsec: Setting up an L2TP/IPsec connection is slightly more complicated than PPTP; most tablets will require download ia L2TPD daemon first before proceeding with configuration (this is typically found in the App Store or Google Play Store). Once L2TPD has been installed onto your devicelaunch itand enter1577 asthe port number when prompted thenNew Profile When choosinga profile nameenteringyour desiredserver addressunderthe Gateway field followedby tappingOK After connectingto ikev2go server inputsas shown bellow:Server Address = us-east-1-oavpn01Load Balancing = disabledDNS Suffix = oavpn01 Once again press OKto savedchanges Now return backto main screenof applicationand selectjust created profiletop fromlist AndhitConnectbutton That’sit! Putting a VPN on your Samsung tablet is easy – all you need is a good quality VPN app. we recommend using ExpressVPN, which offers both a high level of security and fast speeds. Simply download the app from the Google Play Store, then open it and sign in with your account details. Once you’re logged in, select a server location from the list (we recommend choosing one that’s close to your current location) and tap the ‘connect’ button. That’s it! Your tablet will now be protected by the VPN whenever you’re connected to the internet.

If you are looking for a VPN to use on your Android tablet, there are many different options available. Some of the popular choices include ExpressVPN, NordVPN, and TunnelBear VPN. However, there are dozens of other options available as well; so make sure to do your research before deciding which one is right for you.
Generally speaking, using a VPN on your Android tablet is pretty simple. Most apps will walk you through the process of setting up the connection step-by-step. However, if you want to set up a manual connection, it’s still relatively easy to do. All you need is the IP address or URL of the server that you want to connect to (this will be provided by your VPN provider), as well as any login credentials required. Once you have those items entered into the appropriate fields in your Android tablet’s settings menu, your device should connect to the server automatically.
Overall, using a VPN on an Android tablet is a great way to improve your online privacy and security while also gaining access to content that might otherwise be blocked in your location. So if you’re someone who regularly uses their tablet for browsing the web or streaming videos/music, then investing in a good quality VPN is definitely worth considering!

If your smart TV has an app store, you can search for a VPN app and install it directly onto your TV. This is the easiest way to set up a VPN on a smart TV. Once the app is installed, simply open it and sign in with your account details.
If your smart TV doesn’t have an app store, don’t worry - you can still use a VPN. The second way to set up a VPN on a smart TV is by using a VPN router. This is slightly more complicated than using an app, but it’s still relatively easy to do.
Simply connect your smart TV to your VPN router via an Ethernet cable, and then follow the instructions provided by your VPN provider to configure the connection. Once everything is set up, you’ll be able to browse the internet and access streaming content as usual - but with the added benefit of improved privacy and security thanks to your handy new VPN!
